Still have questions? Talk to 'Sparta' In the bottom right corner
Absolutely. Most adults who join us have never trained before. Fundamentals classes are paced to your level, with plenty of breaks and progressions. You’ll never be thrown into hard sparring or pushed beyond what’s safe for you.
Comfortable sports clothes (t-shirt and shorts or leggings), a bottle of water and, if you have them, any existing gloves or shin guards. We can provide loaner equipment for first sessions and advise you on what to buy if you decide to continue.
Yes we also train fighters - we help you prepare before competitions and help you evolve in your journey
No. Technical sparring is introduced gradually and only when you and your coach agree you’re ready. Many students train for fitness, confidence and self-defence without ever doing full sparring.
No! all are welcome to train with us - weather your looking to lose weight, improve confidence or just want to learn how to defend yourself.
